He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Architect but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is greedy

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to work out more often

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a fancy violet dress. Her golden hair is heavily combed to the right. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Baelitae was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. She struck the Cartwright job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
