History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Brewer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
