Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, marred by teas. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Mormog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This dark-skinned male dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears his blonde hair up. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She is in excellent shape and has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her violet robe. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Valida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Urshar grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she usually wears her green robe and has her glaive always slung over her shoulder. Her scarlet crest is knotted and matted. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gold eyes.
Personality: She hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bowyer business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. She has gleaming, smiling black eyes.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her youth she was a Cartwright, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears bulky black painted plate armor. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are blue.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vola is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and wishes to resurrect an old love
