History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Nurkara was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Nurkara was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nurkara's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Thorin reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Sarai never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is wearing a long, grey cloak. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sannl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion; and money/treasure

History: Born to a Mercenary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to unite with his sister
