History: Skamos lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Ranala hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
