Description: 5'8" and muscular, this northern man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His red hair is knotted and matted. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady silver eyes.
Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Akmen was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: This eastern man wears dull red sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is cut short. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Hamil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Hamil was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Courier. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His long blue crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Norkruuth is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has dark red hair. His eyes are likewise black.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Bathin and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. The war was a terrible time for her, and Quilla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Quilla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Merihim isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: Gilbert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is greedy

Description: This western man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His clothes are grease stained in places. His cinnamon fur is braided into rings. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her religion dominates her actions
