History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aura was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Fletcher, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Harvest was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shoemaker. He has never given up on his painting dream.
