Description: This man stands a little under 3'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tan armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. He has green eyes.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Guy was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Guy's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Vanuath lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Gilbert was born with his father's beautiful face. Gilbert liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She typically wears violet cloth garments or leather armor. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Mara and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and revenge
