History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Diggory hails from a village terrorized by drow. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Diggory took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She was born in the north. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Tricking was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Margery embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
