Personality: Bulzo speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bulzo does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
