Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Joan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want her driven away

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He got into the Sculptor business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Sculptor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and sabotage a competitor

Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lia embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A freak accident while working with her Bricklayer mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: Kadana is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She is fixated on the number 9. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants revenge against giants
