She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Don liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Arannis will drive conversation. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
