History: Kelter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has worked as a Blacksmith like his father before him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
