Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He has achieved small success as a Detective.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Mehen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
