History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nora isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Nora learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Animal Trainer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Animal Trainer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. Her cinnamon fur is braided into rings. Her yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trail was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Trail took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Trail was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Dustin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dustin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rosalind studied abroad. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Rosalind alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Rosalind was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.
