Personality: Oskar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
