Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Mugrunden never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears long strands of topaz and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ur-Lasu was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear flannel. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: She is in excellent shape and sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her gray fur is matted, messy, and big. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Roofer. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this eastern woman is typically in her Guard uniform. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her skin is flawless and her gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She takes great joy in being the best Guard in town.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her childhood dream was to be a Painter, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her blue crest is long and unkept. Her eyes are gold and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Harann embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Harann lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Harann was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Harann decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption
