Description: He wears a white tunic with black highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is baby faced.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Shaká would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Shaká was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When Shaká reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge.

Description: This late middle aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull green iron scale mail and is in decent physical shape. His hair is long and black with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gimgen will drive conversation. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: This man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He has red eyes.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mordai does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mordai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: She wears long strands of amber and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 2'9" when asserting herself. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 21. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a great chef.
History: Born to a Fletcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Bethrynna was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
