History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cairn embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
