Description: She wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She takes great joy in being the best Guard in town.
History: She comes from a rich western family. After coming to the age of reason, Claira took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to be a carpenter again

Description: She wears a green costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. She is portly but not overly obese. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she is greedy

Description: This man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His hair is silver and very short. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This late middle aged man has the majority of his body covered in plate and is in decent physical shape. He has moderate length yellow fur. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Marshal business.
History: Great was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tattered old clothes. He has shaved his head bald. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Orsik embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Orsik was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Orsik was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Orsik's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. His cinnamon fur is smooth and relatively long. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is a Sellsword first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Sellsword soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
