History: Tree was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Markosian was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Diggory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Diggory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and retire the richest man in the north

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Leaf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
