History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Skamos was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
