History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His childhood dream was to be a Animal Trainer, but he was a colossal failure. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
