Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Lucan has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
