History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: Hecat was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering his clean studded leather. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Matilda's homeland. Matilda decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
