Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and money/treasure

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her red hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Hoshû lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To be a Bather again; and further expansion of business

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her first spouse was a Merchant, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. After coming to the age of reason, Tod took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
