Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Ploughman father left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He tends to his Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He has styled his silver crest well, parting it to the left. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Hirrathak enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Hirrathak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
