Description: She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'7" when asserting herself. Her orange fur is heavily combed to the right. Her eyes are yellow and beady.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She wears suspenders and grey workpants. Her shirt is white, and she wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She has gray eyes.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a adventurer again

Description: She wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She is portly but not overly obese. Her silver hair is braided into rings. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Mardnab is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears tattered old clothes. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Stacee embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Stacee was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Stacee decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Brewer like her father before her.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. She has wavy white fur. Her eyes are green.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. A gifted student she started as a Bather, but she got bored and became a Courier. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He has done his best to style his purple hair to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Astar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Astar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Astar. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Carrie learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
