Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Thoradin was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ploughman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south to a Soapmaker, Biri learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Ekk was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ekk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
