History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lilli embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Lilli enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her first spouse was a Weaver, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Trail reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for her, and Meriele does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
