Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Veit was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Kabbarg was born with her father's beautiful face. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This man stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'10". She dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a white coat with black slacks. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. She has hazel eyes and a yellow hat with a white feather.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and expand her business

Description: This man stands a little under 3'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, wearing red shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has shaved his head bald. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Damien was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He usually wears his grey robe and has his greatsword always slung over his shoulder. His brown hair is cut short. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Percival took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his brother

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair is brown and curly. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gynnie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Erdan was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Weaver. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants revenge against giants
