Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Merihim reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Pijjirik enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a Dyer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to be a dyer again
