History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Criella and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Eldon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
