History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the south to a Shipwright, Orsik learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and to prove her worth to the world

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oblar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
