Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cairn. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town.
