History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 31. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. His childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Baern fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Vicky learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.
