History: He was born in a small mountains village. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lilli was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miner for the past few years.
Motivation: To be a Ruler again.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gildmak took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants revenge against drow

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To unite with her sister; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Three would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Three was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student she started as a Crown-heir, but she got bored and became a Knight. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Pearl learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Description: This malnourished man wears baggy green pantaloons and a tan scarf. His copper crest is long and unkept. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Mozikth is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Mozikth lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. The war was a terrible time for her, and Beatrice does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
