History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Balifra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Through the years after Perra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Perra's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Perra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult.
