However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: She was born in the west. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gargax will drive conversation. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gargax was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Gargax and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
