Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and is pretty ugly. Her fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady copper eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Shifting's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bather business.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants a kiss

Description: She is a mite stocky and dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with blue slacks. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Beggar father left her crippled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Description: An older man who is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his spear, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His hair is golden and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Guy fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
