History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Heather was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Armorer. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
