History: Born in the west to a Dyer, Volen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Soveliss was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Soveliss was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care.
