History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kildrak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Ildrex was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Shipwright born in the past three hundred years. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north to a Shipwright, Kansif learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. She has achieved small success as a Shipwright.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
