History: Hlin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hlin. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wishes to resurrect an old love

After coming to the age of reason, Vorka took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner, and carries kukris. He has a very tight haircut. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Tharivol wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tharivol was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tharivol fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Priest father left her crippled. She has never given up on her singing dream.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Uthemar and his spouse have recently divorced.
