Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. A true patriot, Salasar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a Server, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Salasar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Salasar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
