Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Justin was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Justin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Justin. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son.
