History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Veloptima was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Veloptima grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Veloptima. Being a Tanner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Gormogord was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gormogord decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dee embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Dee was raised in a hard working conservative environment. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has achieved small success as a Farmer.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Harvest lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He usually wears his green robe and has his shortspear always slung over his shoulder. His hair, while still mostly purple, has prominent grey streaks. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'2". She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rose grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She has never given up on her singing dream.
