Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Raer's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Vaina lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
