History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Aasathra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Windy fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north to a Fortune-teller, Silaqui learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.
