History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Torinn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now owns his own business.

History: Harann hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Harann took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up falchion and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Ratanák was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
